Our tried and tested route plan for a successful project starts with our initial meeting at the studio or at your home where we discuss and take details of the new kitchen, this will ensure we get a balance between the three main factors, the design, the practicality and the cost, our aim following the initial discussions is to arrive at the ideal balance between these factors. The next stage will be to arrange a suitable time to present the first design and should you be in principle happy with that design we would normally arrange further visits to complete the overall price for the project.
Our first design and estimate is provided free of charge as we believe it fair to offer our clients the chance to see first hand how we operate, design and structure our prices in comparison to our competitors. Although we do not charge for the initial designs, we hope you will appreciate this is a professional service and lack of up front charges does not reflect a lack of value or of costs incurred by us.
We provide you with an in depth specification pack detailing everything discussed and agreed for your final approval before placing the order for the furniture and setting installation dates. We also offer a supply only option if preferred. With over 16 years design and installation experience we will provide a first class service from start to finish.
